Our team
Three specialists, one country. Each owns one part of the work, writes the pages on it, and checks the pages of one of the others.
The site is written by the people who do the work, not by a content department. Each page carries the name of its author and of the second person who checked it, so that there is always somebody answerable for what is on it. None of us is contactable by a personal address: everything runs through one form and one inbox, which is how nothing gets lost between three people in two cities.
Giulia Mancini
Specialisation. incorporating an S.r.l. or S.p.A. for non-residents, remote incorporation by videoconference, transferring quote (the units of an S.r.l.) when a ready-made company is bought, branches and subsidiaries, filing with the Registro delle Imprese.
Giulia Mancini leads company formation for founders who are not resident in Italy. She started out preparing incorporation deeds in a Milan notary practice and has spent twelve years on the same problem since. Most weeks she is reconciling what a foreign shareholder can sign remotely with what the notary and the Register of Companies will actually accept.

Alessandro Ferri
Specialisation. IRES and IRAP, VAT and partita IVA for non-residents, electronic invoicing through the SDI, annual accounts and filing the bilancio, the regimes for new residents, corporate tax residence and esterovestizione (a foreign company treated as Italian for tax).
Alessandro Ferri handles the tax side: what an Italian company owes, when, and on which form. He spent his first four years filing Redditi SC and IRAP returns in a Rome practice, which is where he learned how much of the work is deadlines rather than rates. He now advises foreign owners on IRES, VAT registration and the reporting that follows incorporation.

Marta De Luca
Specialisation. CASP authorisation under MiCA, payment institutions and IMELs supervised by Banca d'Italia, the beneficial owner register, nominee services and substance, UIBM trade marks, and the visa routes open to a founder.
Marta De Luca works on authorisations: who has to be licensed in Italy, by which authority, and what the file has to contain. Four years inside the compliance function of an Italian payment institution taught her what a supervisor actually reads. She now takes crypto-asset and payment applicants through CONSOB and Banca d'Italia procedures.

How we divide the work
The split follows the shape of the work rather than the shape of an org chart. Everything about bringing a company into existence and keeping it correct at the register is Giulia's: the form of company, the deed, the filings, a ready-made company changing hands. Everything the company then owes and reports is Alessandro's: the identifiers, the returns, the invoicing, the accounts. Everything that needs somebody's permission before it can start is Marta's: a licence, an authorisation, a trade mark, a visa.
A single matter usually crosses all three. A crypto business, for instance, is Giulia's S.r.l., Marta's MiCA file and Alessandro's VAT registration and reporting, in that order, and the order matters more than most people expect.
Review runs in a ring, so nobody checks their own work. Alessandro checks Giulia's pages, Marta checks Alessandro's, and Giulia checks Marta's.
What none of us claims
None of the three uses an Italian professional title, and none of us claims membership of an Italian professional order. In Italy those are matters of open public register, which means a claim to one is confirmed or disproved in about a minute, and a site that makes one loosely is telling you something about the rest of its content.
What we do claim is narrower and checkable against the work itself: the roles above, the years in practice, the subjects each of us handles every week, and the languages we work in. Where a matter has to be done by a notary or by a registered professional, it is done by one, and we say when it has been.
